Vice President of Engineering

The Vice President of Engineering will oversee the engineering team, drive strategy, and manage processes to ensure efficient execution of projects. The role involves leading product development efforts, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful deployment of software and hardware solutions in line with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
- Expertise in Software Development and a technical background in creating cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Strong skills in Project Management to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple engineering initiatives.
- Deep knowledge in Product Development, including design, implementation, testing, and delivery of medical devices or related technologies.
- Experience working with AI-driven technology or medical devices is highly desirable.
- Background: PhD in Electrical Engineering with a deep focus on microelectronics and MRI technology.
- Candidate can be from any Industry - not mandatory from Medical Devices
- Technical Skill Set: Expertise in AI and software, with the ability to oversee the entire fabrication process from initial design to layout.
- Key Focus: The primary responsibility will be the hands-on design and layout of microelectronic devices.
- Flexibility: We are open to candidates from any industry background and are open to relocation for the right fit.
