CT Scan Technologist - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Pay Rate: $53 - $57+ per hour
Schedule: Day Shift
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Join a dedicated healthcare team at a community hospital that proudly serves the Rockaways and Five Towns, providing essential emergency and ambulatory care to a diverse and underserved population. We are looking for an experienced CT Scan Technologist to bring their skills to our compassionate environment, with competitive pay and exceptional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct both routine and interventional CT (Computed Tomography) procedures while adhering to professional standards and regulations.
Administer oral contrast to patients with precision and care.
Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records and imaging data through hospital systems.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical staff to guarantee superior diagnostic imaging and patient support.
Qualifications:
Preferred: Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
Completion of an accredited training program for radiologic technologists.
Prior experience as a Radiology or CT Technologist is desirable.
Familiarity with PACS, RIS, EMR, CR, DRX, OR, ER, CT, and Meditech systems is preferred.
Must possess a valid New York State Radiologic Technologist License.
ARRT Certification in CT is a requirement.
Must hold New York State DOH Injection Privileges.
