As a Lead Water Damage Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations by effectively executing all water damage mitigation and restoration tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality water mitigation services
  • Conducting water extraction operations
  • Performing necessary demolition tasks
  • Removing debris and cleaning up damaged materials such as drywall, cabinetry, and flooring
  • Setting up and monitoring drying equipment to ensure optimal drying
  • Adhering to company protocols for proper drying techniques
  • Efficiently preparing the job site by setting up the van and required procedures
  • Establishing containment and decontaminating areas as necessary
  • Overseeing job cleanup and breakdown activities
  • Leading and managing a work crew effectively

Requirements:

  • IICRC certification is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Proven experience in water mitigation
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to climb ladders and work in various environments, including tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics
  • Willingness to participate in our on-call rotation work schedule
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
