We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction, representing our brand and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible. Your primary focus will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions to issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers
- Assist customers with order placements and modifications
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information and processing service requests
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
