Team Leaders / Managers will work with dependable, professional, and results-oriented sales professionals to represent the company in a residential setting. Responsibilities: • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Recruiting and Field Training Representatives to conduct an assessment and presentation for the client to determine their Life Insurance needs • Work with potential clients and maintain a consistent work schedule, and lead flow by leading from the front with personal sales performance • Responsible for hiring, training, and Leadership Development of Representatives across multiple agencies • Implementing existing duplicatable and scalable systems, which will enhance both recruiting and sales production Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Already licensed as an agent with experience in the Insurance space, OR willing to obtain a License quickly • Ability to work quickly and multitask, with the ability to problem-solve • Driven and Self-Motivated with a personal track record in sales, recruiting, and leadership • Excellent communication and people skills to effectively coach team members and leaders • Experience with hiring, training, and development of people and teams • Demonstrated leadership ability with a desire to advance quickly FULL TIME available: Flexible schedules - the harder a representative works, the more they have the opportunity to make Compensation: The harder you work, the more money you make.
