Factory Location: Framingham, MA
Compensation: $40.00 per hour

Shift Differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; Sunday - Thursday. Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
  • Perform reactive maintenance on production lines after equipment failures by repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural components.
  • Create retrofits, perform machine tear downs/repairs, and work on PLCs, VFDs, and electric motors.
  • Identify and implement equipment improvements through creative problem-solving.
  • Coach operators and peers on basic maintenance and equipment settings.
  • Participate in special projects related to equipment upgrades or installations.
  • Collaborate with team members and operators to meet daily production schedules.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and vendors.
  • Provide break relief to production operators or team members as needed.
  • Operate a forklift as required to perform duties.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated urgency in completing tasks, comfortable working in a high-speed production setting.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills; PLC experience preferred.
  • Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CMMS or ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team with effective communication.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to coach others.
  • Must be able to lift 100 lbs. and pull 120 lbs. as required.
  • Able to maintain awkward postures for extended periods.
  • Successfully complete an online skills assessment.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer physical, drug screen, and background check is required.

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to communicate effectively and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs and teamwork.
