We are looking for a Full-Time Lead Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of multiple premises. 

The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly in a fast paced and detailed environment. 

We are seeking an independent, hardworking employee that is organized, detailed and understands the importance of communication and working together as a team. 

*Must Have Dependable Transportation*

*This Job Requires Frequent Travel - Mileage and Per Diem Paid*

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians 
  • Survey building conditions and  mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance staff for advice, assistance, or problem solving
  • Find solutions to emergent issues 
  • Inspect work of staff
  • Coordinate maintenance team assistance as required for properties with deferred maintenance or needed assistance
  • attend  lease-up/rehab punch lists and inspections at request of development team and assist with transitioning the property from construction to the maintenance staff oversight 

Skills

  • Possesses proven experience as maintenance technician 
  • Effective communication skills at a leadership level 
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
  • Posses knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Working Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
  • Maintain manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  • Possesses effective computer literacy skills, including software in Microsoft
  • Possesses the ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Job Type:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Nights/Weekends on Emergency 

Salary:

$50,000 to $70,000 per year, Depends On Experience 

License/Certification:
