Senior Frontline Consultant

About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Frontline Consultant to provide high-level technical support, assess client needs, and deliver effective solutions. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, act as a trusted advisor, and mentor junior consultants. Your work will improve client satisfaction, streamline operations, and support company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to understand needs, challenges, and goals.
- Recommend and present practical, data-driven solutions.
- Implement customized strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants.
- Monitor project progress and refine approaches for best results.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to improving tools, templates, and best practices.
- 5+ years of consulting with direct client interaction.
- Strong project management and client-focused delivery experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- MSP environment experience.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in technology or business systems.
- Certifications: Network+, Security+, MCP, SonicWALL SNSP, Azure.
- Knowledge of Agile and digital transformation.
- Experience leading consulting teams or projects.
- Technical skills: Windows Server, AD, M365, DNS/DHCP, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure.
