Our client is looking for a Business Analyst - Level 3 to join their team The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating with business partners within one or more business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Demonstrating an in depth knowledge of a business area, in the context of the business client's function, to identify and communicate how it solutions can assist
  • Supporting one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business
  • Serving as a project team member or leader
  • Leading the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of a client's business requirements
  • Maintaining a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the sap commerce/hybris application by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices
Top skills you need to have:
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in Information Technology
  • Previous work experience in a Fortune-1000 or Global-2000 company
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering with a strong emphasis on communication with the customer
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting an online order entry system or key customer facing system
  • Minimum 4 years of experience writing business requirements and developing, facilitating, and executing user test cases
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical and business leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation of an online order entry system or key customer facing system
  • Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors and executives
  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • SAP and Hybris certification(s) or experience preferred
