Responsibilities of the Behavior Technician (RBT):

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in various settings including home, school, and community.

  • Execute treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Accurately collect and document data on client progress.

  • Work collaboratively with families and team members to promote client success.

  • Ensure a safe and positive environment throughout therapy sessions.

Qualifications for the Behavior Technician (RBT):

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.

  • Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Dependable transportation and a willingness to travel locally.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism.
