About the Opportunity
Avento Health is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time, outpatient opportunity located in Hobart/ Valparaiso, Indiana, within the Greater Chicagoland region.
This position offers an excellent balance of professional fulfillment and personal well-being in a growing, not-for-profit healthcare system recognized for its patient-centered care. Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilities
- 1:10 call rotation (telephone only)
- Average patient volume: 20-26 patients per day
- EPIC EMR system (HIMSS Stage VII - top 5% nationally)
- Collegial medical group emphasizing mentorship and collaboration

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
