Join Our Team as an Over-the-Road Truck Driver

Are you ready to take your driving career to the next level? We offer flexible pay packages tailored to your lifestyle, generous benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Choose Your Pay Package:

  • $.56 CPM base pay for all miles (practical miles paid) + accessorials/bonuses + comprehensive benefits (medical, vacation, holiday) + per diem + yearly pay increases + longevity bonus.
  • $.66 CPM for all miles (practical miles paid) + accessorials/bonuses (no health insurance, no vacation pay, no holiday pay) + per diem + longevity bonus.

Additional Pay Plan Benefits:

  • Layover pay of $150 per night.
  • Detention pay of $20 per hour, starting one hour after appointment time.
  • Holiday Pay: $150 per holiday.
  • Additional stops/pickups pay of $25 each.
  • Quarterly safety bonus at $.03 CPM per billable mile (if qualified).
  • Weekend delivery bonus: $100.
  • Optional NYC trips (rarely, not forced) with a bonus of $150.

Pay Schedule:

  • Starting pay: $0.56 CPM.
  • 6 months: $0.58 CPM.
  • 12 months: $0.60 CPM.
  • 24 months: $0.62 CPM.
  • 60 months: $0.62 CPM plus longevity.
  • Quarterly bonus of $.02 CPM increases top pay to $0.66 CPM.

Additional Benefits for OTR Drivers:

  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield health insurance after 30 days.
  • Company-paid dental insurance after 30 days (Employee Only).
  • Company-paid life insurance ($20,000) after 30 days (Employee Only).
  • Short-Term Disability (STD) insurance after 30 days.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Per diem of $69 per night on the road.

Job Duties:

  • Operate tractor-trailer combinations with a reefer unit.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
  • Hook/unhook trailers and verify required documentation and reports.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs and communicate with dispatch as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service while complying with all laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

  • Family rider policy after 90 days (immediate family only, age 14+).
  • Pets welcome in trucks.
  • Samsara System with GPS enabled.
  • Optional satellite TV in truck after 90 days ($15.63 per week deducted, reimbursed if safety bonus is met).
  • Access to a driver lounge with shower, laundry facilities, kitchen, and cable TV.

OTR Driver Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
  • Two years of recent verifiable experience required (military experience included).
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
  • Minimum age of 23 years.
  • Compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements.
