At 24 Hour Flood Pros, we're a rapidly growing nationwide leader in water, fire, and environmental restoration. We pride ourselves on delivering fast, professional, and expert service to residential and commercial clients-24/7. We're now expanding our asbestos services across the U.S. and are seeking a highly experienced National Asbestos Manager to lead the charge.
Position Overview:
The National Asbestos Manager will oversee and grow asbestos operations nationwide. This role involves licensing and compliance, managing regional teams, supporting sales and operations, and ensuring all asbestos-related services meet federal and state regulations. You'll play a vital role in building out our asbestos division as a scalable, best-in-class service line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage asbestos abatement services across all current and future markets
- Obtain and maintain company and supervisor licenses in multiple states
- Oversee project compliance with federal and state asbestos regulations
- Support local teams with training, project oversight, and best practices
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to grow asbestos-related revenue
- Help vet and onboard subcontractors in non-licensed states
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with all regulatory changes and industry trends
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation
- Strong knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations
- Experience managing field teams and multi-state operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding company
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
