Randstad's client in Port Washington, NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their call center team on an ongoing-temp basis This is a full time position Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. This position will begin fully in-office and then upon performance review, will become hybrid within the first 6 months. We are seeking someone with great communication skills and the ability to handle high volume calls and emails from customers. Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide outstanding customer support, primarily assisting with inquiries related to the plumbing and manufacturing industries.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately.
  • Work to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
