We are seeking a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in West Virginia, starting Mar 16, 2026. This opportunity features a Monday through Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, focusing on patients aged 5 to 18 years. The ideal candidate will have experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and be committed to providing high-quality psychiatric care in a locum setting. Job Details Location: West Virginia Start Date: Mar 16, 2026 LOA: 120 days Provider Type Needed: Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Responsibilities and Duties Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients aged 5 to 18 years Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory guidelines Additional Information Active West Virginia medical license required Board certification in Psychiatry with subspecialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Prior experience treating children and adolescents (ages 5-18) strongly preferred Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
