** Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits
- Manage territory sales activities efficiently, including planning visits, tracking progress, and optimizing routes for maximum coverage
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring mutual benefit
- Utilize CRM software to log interactions, track sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for strategic planning.
** Skills**
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for lead tracking, analysis, and reporting purposes
- Ability to conduct compelling product demos and upselling opportunities that enhance customer value
- Skilled in cold calling, inside sales support, and retail sales strategies to maximize outreach efforts
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans for growth
