Key Responsibilities:
- Read plans and perform on-screen takeoffs
- Create project budgets and prepare customer proposals
- Manage projects during production to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
- Schedule job-site visits with the Production Team
- Prepare takeoff sheets, determine pricing, and create estimates for specialty projects
- Extract details from plans when needed
- Respond to customer and team inquiries via phone and email
- Perform other office duties, projects, and tasks as assigned
- AutoCAD and Bluebeam experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Previous HVAC or mechanical construction experience a plus
