Daily Responsibilities:

  • Start your day early and arrive prepared for success.
  • Collaborate with the Installation Manager to review the quality of past work.
  • Provide 6-star service at each customer’s home with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Receive ongoing support and coaching.
  • Ensure timely payment collection to maintain service profitability.
  • Prepare for future installations with your team.

Your Role:

As a key member of our installation team, you will handle residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, and more. Your job will require not only technical skills but also a commitment to customer service.

Key Duties:

  • Learn and apply our service system and ethical practices.
  • Diagnose HVAC system issues accurately and recommend the best solutions.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs with a less than 1% callback ratio.
  • Manage time and inventory effectively for maximum profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Keep your company vehicle in excellent condition.

Role Summary:

The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for installing residential HVAC equipment to complete customer satisfaction. You'll mentor Assistant Installation Technicians to ensure quality performance and address customer inquiries effectively.
