Job Purpose & Scope
Performs duties associated with the implementation, onboarding, and maintenance of Treasury Management services including ACH, Wire, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, Sweeps, and other Treasury Management products and services. Provides customer training and assistance for all Treasury Management products and services. Assists management with special projects and reporting. Resolves complex service needs and provides guidance to team members.
Essential Job Functions

Serves as subject matter expert and provides daily support to the TM Sales, TM Client Support, and TM Operations teams as well as treasury clients and business partners.

Engages in direct contact with clients with technical troubleshooting to component-level specifications and provides white-glove servicing, when necessary.

Partners with the TM Sales, TM Client Services, and TM Operations to prepare and execute on implementation and maintenance activities of mid-to high-level complexity clients.

Onboards the Bank's highest value, most sophisticated business relationships that require a higher touch, white-glove experience.

Focuses on timely and accurate receipt, administration, tracking and closure of Treasury Client Service Desk Implementation and Maintenance tickets.

Performs quality assurance reviews of work completed in the implementation and maintenance processes.

Serves as a leader in the implementation process of treasury clients and business partners' products and services.

Leads effective training sessions for treasury clients at onboarding and business partners.

Oversees ordering of necessary equipment and supplies as requested for clients at onboarding.

Researches product information in response to client and business partner inquiries.

Assists in requesting and delivering the necessary reports associated with Treasury Management related products and services implementation.

Serves as a subject matter expert in department for onboarding and training products, systems, procedures, and processes and assists in the training of newer implementation team members.

Resolves complex service needs and provides guidance and mentoring to other implementation team members.

Handles a variety of implementation and onboarding assignments and interacts with all levels of management.

Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Sound knowledge of current Bank policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State laws and regulations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and perform well under pressure created by high-risk functions associated with daily deadlines, high transaction volumes and large transaction amounts.

Ability to demonstrate sound judgment when decision-making and problem solving.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Ability to learn new products, software, and procedures, as needed.

Knowledge of audit expectations, fraud mitigation procedures, and risk requirements.

Ability to demonstrate leadership skills, including considerable responsibility regarding general assignments in planning time, method manner, and/or sequence of performance of own work.

Skilled in using Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications.
Basic Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor degree, preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in treasury management and/or specialized training required.
-
Minimum of three (3) years of work experience with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel required.
-
AAP or APRP Certification preferred.
-
Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
