Ag Equipment Sales Professional

Butler Machinery is looking for a driven Ag Equipment Sales Professional to join our team. This role will serve customers in Southwest ND, based out of our Dickinson location with the ability to work remote. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact, promoting long-term mutual growth.
- Promote and sell new, used, and rental ag equipment, while highlighting product support offerings such as parts and service.
- Deliver, demonstrate, and communicate the value of equipment and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Appraise trade-ins and process required sales documentation accurately.
- Provide world-class customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with coworkers and management to overcome obstacles, grow professionally, and stay current through training and certifications.
- Maintain accurate customer and equipment information in company systems.
- Live out Butler Machinery's mission and core values in all aspects of your work.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn local ag practices and industry trends
- Sales experience and ag equipment knowledge preferred (AGCO/competitive product lines a plus)
- Strong communication, organizational, and self-motivation skills
- Ability to discuss basic financing options with customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Clean driving record (CDL preferred)
- Pre-employment drug testing required
