Role Overview:
The Client Engagement Specialist is pivotal in generating new business opportunities through developing strong relationships with leads and clients. This role merges proactive sales techniques with effective client relationship management to convert potential prospects into valued clients. Expect opportunities for travel and direct interactions with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media outreach.
- Present our company attractively to potential clients via remote and in-person meetings.
- Compile and analyze frequent reviews and reports containing sales and financial data.
- Negotiate and successfully finalize deals with both new and existing clients.
Requirements:
- B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B Field sales experience, specifically targeting US clientele.
- Proven Performance: Demonstrable success in closing deals and nurturing enduring client relationships.
- Business Development: Solid experience in identifying new clients, cold calling, and securing deals.
- Marketing Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques.
- Location: Candidates must be based in San Francisco or New York.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Industry Experience: Experience in selling staff augmentation services (both on-site and off-site).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SDLC terminology, processes, and roles.
- Market Familiarity: Experience in the software development outsourcing industry.
- Regional Expertise: Experience working with LATAM software outsourcing.
- Leadership: Recent experience managing a sales team.
