Job Summary:
Boston Scientific's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) is seeking a Business Process Analyst I to join its 24/7 security team. This role involves monitoring surveillance and alarm systems, triaging emergency calls, analyzing global security threats, and supporting on-site security operations. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and report risks impacting company sites, employees, and operations while ensuring prompt and professional communication during incidents.

Must-Have Skills:
  • 3+ years' experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Experience with access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and incident management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with GSOC tools (Mass Notification Systems, Critical Event Management Software, etc.)
