Ani Ramen in Summit prides itself on its positive atmosphere and inviting ambience.
As the host, your role is crucial to every guest's experience. You will be the first to greet each guest as they come in and the last to thank them as they leave. Your impeccable customer service skills will help facilitate a warm and welcoming environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining smooth seating arrangements while managing reservations, wait lists, and walk-in guests. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls and taking orders while providing the same level of hospitality to our guests ordering over the phone.
As the "face" of the restaurant, you will ensure that every guest's visit begins with a warm smile and a proactive attitude, and you will set the tone for their dining experience. Each guest deserves a memorable experience and that will begin with you. Other duties include assisting your team as needed and maintaining a clean, presentable facility.
Positions:
- Front of House (Host, Server, Runner) - Starting at $5.62 plus tips (reflecting that most staff average $15.50-$25 per hour due to tips)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
