ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mary Comito - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Insurance Producer licenses in P&C and Life (or must be willing to obtain)
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
  • Our office is located in Madison, New Jersey.
  • Our office is open 9am-5pm.
  • We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
  • Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Crystal Excellence Award, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, and Bronze Tablet
  • Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Russian
