A customer liaison for various software products and third party interfaces. Responsible for testing and evaluating software applications, as well as executing customer implementations. What you'll do...
Act as a customer liaison for various software products and third party interfaces. Responsible for testing and evaluating software applications, as well as executing customer implementations.
What you'll bring...
• Associate's degree in Business or IT preferred but will consider appropriate work experience/certifications
• Minimum of two years in banking or financial services, preferably in a technical or operational capacity
Communication Skills
• Effective written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to analyze information, formulate conclusions, and provide recommendation
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to think critically
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new technology
Technical Skills
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Understanding of relational databases a plus
• EFT, ATM\Debit Card, Internet Banking\Mobile Technology, a plus
• Quality Assurance experience a plus
• COCC INSIGHT or DNA CORE experience a plus
Confidential Data
• This job will have significant exposure to NPCI
o Access to customer database
o Proprietary information
Travel/Working Conditions
• Office conditions hybrid schedule 3 days a week in office
• Some weekend work required
• Some weeks require work over 40 hours
Salary range for this role is $54,392-$73,590 per year
