Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst to provide technical analysis, backlog grooming, and documentation support for a core Oracle application. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills with experience gathering technical requirements, supporting change management processes, and maintaining clear system documentation. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing system workflows, supporting deployment and waiver processes, and ensuring all technical changes are accurately captured and communicated across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed technical analysis of Oracle-based systems, workflows, and integrations.
- Gather, refine, and prioritize technical requirements to support application enhancements.
- Groom and maintain the product backlog in alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation for system processes, enhancements, and technical changes.
- Support administrative and operational tasks including:
- Application deployment certification processes.
- Preparation and submission of waiver documentation.
- Participation in change management workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and leadership to ensure clarity and alignment on system updates.
- Utilize Jira for issue tracking, requirement documentation, and workflow management. Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience analyzing enterprise Oracle applications and system workflows.
- Strong background in gathering and documenting technical requirements.
- Experience supporting change management and deployment processes in an IT environment.
- Proficiency with Jira for tracking issues, changes, and documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
