Our client, a leading enterprise services organization, is expanding its Process Improvement and Business Operations team.
They are seeking five Manager-level professionals (5 + years' experience) to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability across quoting, pricing, billing, product master, and contract-compliance functions.
Each role focuses on process optimization, data accuracy, and operational governance .
Salesforce CPQ and/or Workday Financials background is preferred but not required.
Common Requirements
- 5 + years of experience in business process improvement, order-to-cash, or revenue operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; technical aptitude to work with CRM/ERP data.
- Process-oriented mindset; ability to map and re-engineer workflows end-to-end.
- Professional presence; able to collaborate cross-functionally and present to leadership.
- Salesforce CPQ experience (configuration, product/catalog setup, usage components) a plus.
- Workday Financials familiarity helpful (not HCM).
- Must be self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Certificates in Process Improvement and Six Sigma desired
1 ⃣ Process Improvement Manager - Quoting & Contract Operations
Function: Enforce contract policies and streamline quoting and contracting operations (formerly "Command Center").
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement across quoting workflows in Salesforce CPQ.
- Define and enforce contract-policy controls, approvals, and governance checkpoints.
- Rebuild or reconcile data where cutover was incomplete (pricing tiers, MSA data, SLAs).
- Partner with Legal and Sales Ops to ensure contract data accuracy and auditability.
- Maintain documentation for approval hierarchies, version control, and change logs.
- Background in quote-to-cash or contract operations.
- Strong Salesforce CPQ configuration/process knowledge.
- Experience designing approval flows, MSA/pricing controls, and data validation rules.
