Role Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage FMLA claims, ensuring documentation is tracked and coded accurately.
- Analyze FMLA and other leave claims to determine eligibility, payment calculations, and compliance with regulations.
- Formulate action plans, resolve cases effectively, and communicate decisions to claimants and clients.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients by ensuring ongoing communication.
- Regular attendance during scheduled work hours is essential.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and adept organizational abilities.
- Experience: Prior clerical or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is ideal.

Work Environment Requirements:
Physical: Computer keyboarding.
Auditory/Visual: Adequate hearing, vision, and ability to communicate effectively.
Mental: Strong analytical and judgment skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
For this position, the starting pay range is between $16.00 and $23.00 per hour, influenced by experience and location. Sedgwick offers a range of benefits, including medical and insurance options.
