Responsibilities
- Ensure every Guest has a fantastic experience.
- Set the benchmark for Team Members by upholding operational and quality standards.
- Address issues thoughtfully while demonstrating accountability and transparency.
- Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
- Influence Team Member behavior by supporting new initiatives and changes.
- Lead with both empathy and strategic thinking.
- Drive business success by effectively managing costs using Chili's systems.
- Implement operational procedures, such as the Manager Timeline and perform quality checks.
- Recruit, train, and nurture Team Members for career growth within the company.
- Enhance Guest engagement and strengthen community relationships.
- Adhere to and promote safe food handling practices.
- Embody Chili's values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Accountability, and Fun in the Workplace.
