Job Description

We are seeking experienced Claims Coordinators/Project Coordinators to manage insurance claims and support restoration projects from start to finish.

Role Overview:
Coordinate incoming claims, communicate with insurance carriers and clients, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the restoration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact for new and active claims
  • Open, track, and manage claims from intake to completion
  • Communicate with adjusters, carriers, contractors, and homeowners
  • Schedule inspections and field appointments
  • Maintain claim files, reports, invoices, and correspondence
  • Submit required documents to insurance partners on time
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks
  • Monitor deadlines and follow-ups to avoid delays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Restoration or construction experience strongly preferred
  • 1+ year in claims or project coordination
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented and dependable in a fast-paced environment
