Talium Advisors is searching for an Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for working with external clients throughout the new implementation process.

  • Establishes user accounts and provides log-in credentials
  • Receives, uploads, and validates client data
  • Configures features, lists, user role permissions, menus, and document options
  • Assists with end-user training (or creating training videos)
  • Assists clients with ongoing data or system maintenance over the course of the contract
  • Creates and provides system or implementation process documentation
  • Escalates concerns or issues as appropriate

    Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
