We’re growing and looking for a Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive dealership team that values growth and success.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming customer calls and help schedule service and sales appointments
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product and service information and connect them with the right dealership resources
  • Present basic financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that aren’t ready to book or that missed their appointment
  • Build positive relationships with teammates, sales staff, and dealership leadership
  • Participate in team meetings and process-improvement sessions
  • Track all customer interactions daily using our CRM system
 

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • A true team player with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Friendly, prompt, and professional communication style
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using computers and multiple software systems
  • Valid driver’s license
