In this role, you will leverage your diagnostic expertise to troubleshoot a variety of vehicles and mentor fellow technicians. Your contributions will foster the trust and transparency our guests value, making you a key player in enriching their service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand your technical experience with diverse domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Utilize top-tier resources provided by Christian Brothers Automotive.
- Collaborate with the team to effectively address customer concerns.
- Communicate repair options transparently to customers.
- Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the shop.
- Work together to exceed customer expectations and deliver remarkable service.
- Conduct thorough, accurate, and transparent digital vehicle inspections.
- Treat every guest with the utmost respect, embodying our “Love Your Neighbor As Yourself” philosophy.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Commitment to long-term career growth.
- Open availability for full-time or part-time positions.
- ASE Certifications preferred or a willingness to obtain them.
- Proficient with Windows-based computers.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move over 100 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to work with tools on vehicles lifted overhead.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces as required by repairs.
- Good hand dexterity for efficient tool use.
- Willingness to stand/walk for most of the workday.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient with navigating a computer efficiently.
