Associate Account Manager, Megapack Sales, Distributed Energy

What You'll Do
- Represent Tesla to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to support the sales process
- Provide critical support throughout the sales cycle, including organization, customer engagement, and technical/economic analysis to meet targeted product volume or revenue goals
- Generate high-quality, accurate quotes and project proposals aligned with customer requirements and Tesla's strategic objectives
- Support an existing team of Megapack sales leads with internal CRM upkeep, contract generation, verification, and pipeline reporting
- Assist senior sales leaders in managing a project pipeline of short, medium, and long-term opportunities across diverse customers, project types, and markets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and ensure project alignment
- Provide regular reporting to management as required
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the renewable energy or power sector
- Experience in sales or business development in a customer-facing role
- Working knowledge of battery systems, renewable power, and grid markets
- Hands-on experience in contract negotiation or management in energy storage or renewables
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally in fast-paced settings
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills in complex price models, project economics, and risk analysis
- Ability and flexibility to travel periodically

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
