They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees, onboarding and hiring new team members, and the financial state of the business.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive and memorable experience for patrons and employees alike
  • Maintain successful business operations
  • Hire, retain, and mentor team members
  • Establish restaurant business plan
Store Manager Experience:
  • 1+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Servant leader who takes pride in leading a successful team
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials
  • Pride in adhering to high standards
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
