Job Description

Lumos Marketing Group is looking for individuals with potential and an ambitious drive to aggressively expand the Dallas area market.

New Associates gain experience in the following areas:

• Sales and Marketing

• Leadership development

• Effective communication techniques

• Marketing campaign roles

• Sales strategies

• Team management

This is an entry level position. All college graduates are encouraged to apply; however, the following degrees/experiences are the best matches:

• Business Administration

• Retail / Restaurant Management

• Advertising & Marketing

• Public Relations

• Political Science

• Psychology

• Military

• Sports Management

• Athletic experience

• Restaurant / bartending service industry experience
