Shift Flexibility: Work Monday-Thursday on either 6 AM-4 PM or 4 PM-2 AM shifts. Maintenance rotates to meet team and business needs. Fridays are typically off evenings. Candidates should be open to working both shifts as needed.

  • Waterproof manuals and maps you may use for hiking, fishing, or camping
  • Durable labels and work orders that resist wear and grease
  • Outdoor signs, banners, and graphics you may see in your garages, tailgates, and workshops
  • Protective films you may see on your tools, vehicles, and gear
  • Window and glass graphics you may use on your trucks, boats, and home projects

Your Impact:
  • Support production operations by keeping equipment safe, reliable, and efficient
  • Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement with a goal of zero incidents
  • Own preventive maintenance, work order turnaround, and equipment reliability metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and 5S practices
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated production equipment using electro-mechanical skills
  • Diagnose and repair PLCs, variable speed drives, pumps, motors, and power distribution systems
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
  • Interpret schematics and manuals to identify and solve equipment issues
  • Document maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS and support improvement projects
What You'll Bring:
  • +3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Maintenance certifications or coursework required
  • Knowledge of electronic control systems and devices
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized, motivated, and results focused in a fast-paced setting
