A homecare organization in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Intake Coordinator to support clients and families during the onboarding process. This role involves handling inquiries, gathering and verifying client information, explaining services, and coordinating initial assessments to ensure a smooth transition into care. Your fluency in Spanish is crucial for providing clear communication and culturally sensitive support to diverse clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing client inquiries and providing detailed information about homecare services.
- Collecting and verifying client information and required documentation.
- Explaining care plans and services to clients and families in Spanish and English.
- Coordinating initial assessments and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with homecare regulations.
- Fluency in Spanish (required).
- Previous experience in intake coordination, homecare, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate and client-focused approach to care.
