About the Role:
As a Senior Space Planner, you will lead strategic space planning for multiple sites, manage complex projects, and mentor junior staff. You'll play a key role in aligning space planning with business growth and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic space planning for Wilmington and Chelmsford sites.
- Develop and revise standards, guidelines, and long-term space utilization plans.
- Oversee project management, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Supervise CADD technicians and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain and improve documentation libraries and ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align space planning with growth and sustainability goals.
- Bachelor's degree and significant experience (typically 7+ years).
- Advanced technical and leadership skills; experience managing large-scale facilities or multiple sites.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $99,000 to $148,500.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
