Customer Service Lot Associate

As a Customer Service Lot Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience at Home Depot. In this position, you will assist customers with loading their vehicles, maintain a welcoming store entrance, and ensure there are always enough shopping carts available for use. Your friendly demeanor and commitment to excellent customer service will make you the first and last point of contact for customers entering or leaving the store.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers load their purchases into vehicles.
- Monitoring and maintaining the store entrance to create a pleasant environment.
- Ensuring a sufficient supply of carts is available nearby.
You will interact frequently with both Home Depot associates and customers, making strong communication and customer service skills essential for success in this role.
Job positions available include:
- Lot Associate: $17.50
- Pro Lot Loader: $17.50
In addition, Home Depot offers a variety of benefits as part of a competitive compensation package.
