Compensation: Drivers earn an average of $100,000+ per year (based on mileage and number of stops).

Your Role as a Driver:

• Transport products to vendors across the United States while delivering exceptional customer service, including responding to product questions, providing location updates, and estimating arrival times.
• Verify the truck's load to ensure it matches shipping documents.
• Inspect the truck’s equipment and supplies to ensure they are roadworthy.
• Communicate with supervisors for delivery and pickup instructions.
• Safely unload products while maintaining the delivery schedule.
• Utilize delivery verification scanners upon delivery to log product receipt and signatures.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and Marvin documentation requirements.
• Become a part of our Million Safe Mile Club to celebrate your commitment to safety.

Are You a Good Fit? You may be the perfect fit if you possess:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• A safe, courteous driving style that represents Marvin positively.
• Preferred over-the-road driving experience.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A driver’s license (CDL).
• At least one year of experience driving Class A vehicles.
• Physical ability to load and unload trailers and pass a physical assessment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Compliance with all DOT requirements.
