Exciting Opportunity: Effective immediately through December 31, 2025, we are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new hires in this position

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a warm and inclusive environment for diverse populations.
• Provide customized outpatient individual and family therapy that addresses each client’s unique needs, promoting healing and resilience.
• Develop thorough crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans, helping clients maintain stability in their mental health journey.
• Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, committing to the highest standards of professional ethics.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists—to provide comprehensive mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Possession of a provisional license as per state regulations, if required.
• Background education that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
• A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
• Willingness to work alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong ethical practices and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Exceptional communication skills necessary for building rapport with clients and families.
• Effective time management skills to ensure timely documentation and administrative responsibilities.
