Join CHA's Perioperative Services team, which includes a wide range of specialties such as Orthopedics, General Surgery, and more. Our skilled surgical team has a rich history of performing thousands of procedures at top Boston teaching hospitals, ensuring the highest standards of care while continually expanding our capabilities with new programs in minimally invasive surgery and specialized centers.
The Patient Access Representative II (PAR II) plays a crucial role in our peri-op team by combining both administrative and clinical tasks. You will ensure seamless patient flow and contribute significantly to the efficient operation of our department.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduated from an accredited medical assistant program.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Must be proficient in English, with a preference for additional language skills.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred, along with 1 year in administrative roles within a clinical setting.
