Position: Direct Support Professional - $500 Sign-On Bonus
Hourly Rate: $18 - $19.00/hr
Shifts Needed: Weekends AM/PM/NOC
Job Status: Part-Time/Full-Time
Location: 505 N Tustin Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705
Walk-in Interviews:
- Date: Tuesdays & Thursdays
- Time: 10 AM - 2 PM

Your Role:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will:
- Assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
- Provide personal care, including dietary, hygiene, grooming, and dressing needs.
- Prepare and manage daily routines for clients as outlined in individual program plans.
- Support residents in socializing and engaging in leisure activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Report any incidents and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certified, and completed DSP 1 & 2 training.
- 3+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges preferred.
- Group Home License is a plus; must be obtained within three months of hiring if not already certified.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
- CPI certification preferred or willingness to obtain within six months of hire.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
