BluSky Restoration is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Construction Projects to lead our efforts in Columbus. If you are someone who excels at estimating, closing sales, and driving revenue, we want to hear from you

This highly compensated role offers UNCAPPED commission potential, featuring a base salary between $70,000 - $100,000 and an OTE commission of $70,000 - $200,000. Additionally, we provide a vehicle allowance.

Your Role: As a Project Director, you will play a critical part in fixing broken buildings and ensuring that our restoration projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with various property owners and managers affected by disasters, delivering expert cost estimates and managing their projects to successful completion.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales efforts and meet monthly and yearly targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and enhance our market presence through business development.
  • Oversee revenue production, ensuring timely billings and profitability.
  • Vet project budgets for accuracy and seek cost-effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the project align with client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction or restoration sales with proven success.
  • Expertise in construction estimating and project management.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
  • A commitment to high ethical standards and autonomous work.
