Fork Lift Operator 2nd Shift

Job Summary
The Forklift Operator is responsible for helping to maintain and keep the freezer clean; loading and unloading incoming and outbound loads. Track shipments via written and computerized documents. Also helps with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Load outbound customers
- Unload inbound customers
- Keep freezer clean and organized
- Complete BOL's and movement forms via computerized documents
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- One year of forklift experience required.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to perform tasks that include reading, writing and mathematical calculations.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, bend and kneel.
- Frequently must push, pull, move, carry or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly required reach with hands and arms.
Work Environment
Job functions will be carried out in a rendering facility which requires tolerance for wet and/or slippery floors, moderate noise levels, exposure to protein by-products and high heat and/or cold temperatures.
