Customer Experience Associate - St. Cloud, MN
At Microbiologics, we're on a mission to make the world a safer, healthier place through science and we're looking for a Customer Experience Associate to help us uphold that mission.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting customer-facing processes with accuracy and professionalism. Working under guidance and supervision, the associate develops knowledge of company systems, policies, and procedures while contributing to a positive customer experience that fosters trust and loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Accurately process orders received through multiple platforms (email, website, ERP, EDI, and Workist, while maintaining complete and up-to-date customer records.
- Support order management by reviewing customer purchase orders and product availability, creating invoices, and coordinating with Accounts Receivable on billing inquiries and issuing credits.
- Assist in documenting and routing of customer inquiries and complaints, identifying appropriate resolutions and escalating complex issues to senior team members or leadership when needed.
- With supervision, CX Associate 1 may handle specialized services such as customer order processing and billing.
- Partner with colleagues across internal teams -including Technical Support, Finance, IT, and Operations-to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring timely handling of customer requests and follow ups.
- Contribute to compliance processes such as export license approvals and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new IT tools or system enhancements.
- Maintain awareness of current company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring all correspondence reflects the organization's customer-first focus.
- Consistently demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and accuracy in day-to-day responsibilities, while actively developing skills to deliver customer experience excellence.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve department goals and continuously improve the customer experience.

Here is what we are looking for:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in sales, business management or related degree preferred.
- One to three years of previous related Customer Service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or order entry systems (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce) preferred.
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
