GHR Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a local contract nursing job in Vineland, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 8 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract STEP-DOWN RN Will be required to work in the ED-HOLD. This unit holds individuals for 23 hours for additional observation. Unit Description: Trach care, bariatrics, nocturnal vents, stroke care 1:5 for SD/PCU; 1:6 if floated to acute care. MSD cares for PD patients, CSD cares for stroke patients, SSD cares for surgical patients. Experience and Requirements: Must have a MIN. of 2 years' experience working on a Step Down/PCU unit. Contract Length: 6 weeks Specialty: Must be true STEP-DOWN RN- M/S tele are not accepted Weekend: Every other Holiday: 1 per contract RTO: no more than 3 days License: NJ or compact Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA only) Float Requirements Nurse must be willing to float to ED Hold and other units within specialty Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
