We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established outpatient healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional care to children and adolescents. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for a provider passionate about pediatric care and eager to make a lasting impact in the community.

Job Title: Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Location: Salisbury, MD
Job Type: Full-Time |On-Site
Pay: Competitive Pay + Benefits + Performance Bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break); Half-day Saturdays on a rotating basis (approximately once every 5 weeks)

Requirements:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license (Pediatric or Family NP)
  • Clinical experience in pediatrics preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to commute to or relocate to Salisbury, MD before start date
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive, high-quality primary care to pediatric patients in a clinical setting
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule (half-day, 1 out of every 5 weeks)
