Job Description:

Seeking a dynamic Consulting Partner to lead business growth for our Retail Americas business unit. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic consulting and sales initiatives aimed at expanding our existing account portfolios and driving revenue. This role will be responsible for building strong client relationships, engaging in solution-oriented consultative selling, and identifying new business opportunities in collaboration with account teams. Key responsibilities include:

•Drive business growth by formulating and implementing strategic consulting and sales plans.

•Expand existing account portfolio through effective client engagement and consultative selling.

•Collaborate with account teams to proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.

•Lead the deal formation process, orchestrate sales activities, and establish a competitive edge by understanding client business challenges and aligning solutions with their priorities.

•Leverage deep industry knowledge and awareness of technology trends to inform strategies and maximize business results.

•Serve as a client-facing leader, cultivating long-term relationships and translating market insights into actionable sales tactics.

Qualifications:

•10 years+ of proven success in enterprise IT services sales or consulting, including a minimum of 2 years selling to retail clients, with consistent sles target achievement

•Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and build trust with C-suite level executive stakeholders

•Strong communication, executive presentation skills to articulate compelling solution narratives and differentiated value propositions tailored to client business objectives.

•Expert in consultative selling, business case development (ROI, TCO, payback analysis), and value-based pricing and contract strategies.

•Strong understanding of retail domain, including merchandising, pricing, inventory, e-commerce, loyalty, personalization, and supply chain.

•Experienced in deal management and leading cross-functional teams through discovery, solution shaping, RFP/RFI response, and commercial negotiations

•Proficient in commercial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk management to support complex deal structures and outcome-based contracting.

•MBA or an advanced degree in business, strategy, or a related field is a plus.
